Managing Partner
Raphael is an executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in transportation, fleet operations, asset management, technology modernization and organizational performance.
His senior leadership work has included large-scale bus fleets, maintenance operations, capital programs and enterprise modernization. Earlier experience in retail operations and live sound production helped shape a practical, customer-focused approach to problem solving and execution.
He brings that perspective to helping organizations improve how they operate, manage assets, implement technology and lead change.
